Use of the service
You may use Indeel only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data-protection regulations relevant to outbound communication.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not misuse data accessed through the service.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indeel Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
